Sea View Cube was designed by German architect Anja Thede specifically for Sørlandsleia.

The clean, contemporary architecture is shaped around the landscape. Large windows frame views of the sea and islands, while generous terraces connect the interior with the outdoors.

Natural materials, energy efficiency and modern comfort complete the concept.

More than a holiday home. A place of your own.

The plots at Sørlandsleia are unusually generous, averaging more than 1,000 m².

Most offer wide views of the sea and islands, excellent sun conditions and easy access to the coast. A sandy beach, swimming spots and boat facilities are all within walking distance.

A boat berth can also be arranged close to your plot.

From a personal dream to Sea View Cube

German architect Anja Thede first discovered Sørlandsleia in 2024, while looking for a place of her own. She and her partner fell in love with the setting and bought a plot overlooking the sea.

Their experience would later inspire Sea View Cube – a holiday home designed specifically for Sørlandsleia.
