Plot 109 is the largest of the four Sea View Cube plots, and is located at the end of the row. The plot is intended for a modern holiday home with a flat roof. Sea View Cube is the concept illustrated and designed for this plot, but buyers are also free to choose another holiday home design within the requirements of the plot.
Sea View Cube on plot 109 will have five rooms, including four bedrooms, with an open-plan kitchen and living area oriented towards the view. Large windows and direct access to the terrace are designed to create a close connection between indoor and outdoor living.
